Ingrid Reeve was born and raised in the border town of El Paso, TX. She studied International Relations at St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2004. During this time she studied abroad in London and Cuba, later teaching abroad in Italy. After graduating, Ingrid studied painting at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She traveled extensively before moving to and deciding to stay in Southern California.  In 2011 she finished the master’s program at California State University, Fullerton and received her MFA in Painting and Drawing. Ingrid now lives just south of LA with her husband and her dog. Her artwork is in private collections in the US and abroad.
